The Leg up to Living Well: Mindfulness 101 workshop is a blend of practical and experiential activities that are firmly grounded in evidence-based science. The workshop is an introduction to mindfulness for beginners, as well as those who would like to reinvigorate their practice. I will help you develop skills on how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.
