Very excited to announce that I will be off racing with them at the World Cup in Segovia, Spain at the end of July. After transferring to cycling four years ago, 2.5yrs of hip rehab, hip fractures, a few crashes, and other hurdles, I CAN NOT WAIT to wear the green and gold for Australia again in a sport that I love. Countless individuals have helped me get to this point, and I would like to take this opportunity to saw a MASSIVE thank-you:

• Firstly, support crew who made the journey up  to Nationals – TJV, LD, Greggie and Dazza. Loved the banner.
Hampton Cycles for my beautiful Cervelo steeds, kit, support and taking a punt on me; and my cycling club – The Pirates Sporting Club
• Bike set-up thanks to Jase Nicholls at IOS.
• New bike leg thanks to Jo & David from La Trobe University & Synergy.
• Walking leg from the extraordinaires at APC Prosthetics.
• All my family – Duncan Macdougall, JB and Mumma.
• Wonderful soft tissue therapist Lois Kent.
• Crazy physio Justin McEvoy.
• Delicious caffeine power by Spilt Milk Cafe.
• Race hydration by Sukkie Hydration.
• Brilliant mentor and manager Don Elgin from Star Amp Global.
• My amazing teamies with The Hurt Box and my coach Dave Sturt, and numbers genius Harry Hanley.
• Making me feel good on the outside and inside, Hair by Glenn.
• Inspirational friend and teacher Carol Fox.
• Go to egg Griffyn.
• Endless needles with Michael Keshishian from Sakura Chinese Medicine.

• My home for over a decade, Victorian Institute of Sport.
• The support from all my friends, family, and countless others.

I am so blessed and you all have my endless gratitude. Will keep you posted in the lead up to Segovia.

Until then,

Ride with purpose, ride with a smile, ride in the moment,

Han
